Adam was born and raised in Stickney, IL and grew up attending Emmanuel Bible Church in Berwyn. At the age of ten, he placed his trust and faith in Jesus. However, he really understood what it meant to live out his faith after attending and working at Silver Birch Ranch in White Lake, WI for many summers. This is where he also met AJ and Chris Fenske and a lifelong friendship formed.

Adam is a friend to everyone, and consistently loyal. He enjoys serving others well, puts Christ first in his life, and pushes his family in their walks with the Lord.

Adam currently lives in Eau Claire, WI with his wife, Mandy, and two kids (Caleb,10, and Eily, 8). His vocational career includes various law enforcement assignments and he now works for a defense contractor in Illinois. Adam also owns, and manages multiple rental properties. He understands what it takes to run a successful business within it's means.

WOSF Founder/Executive Director, AJ Fenske

WOSF Executive Director & Founder, AJ, and his wife, Christine, were both spiritually impacted by the Christian camp experience at a young age. Since then, they have spent vocational and bi-vocational energies into maximizing the Christian away-from-home experience in various settings. Their focus is on employing solid, time-tested business principles that allow the voice of the ministry to shine. Owner-minded strategies have given them the opportunity to experience the market and discover ways to be successful and react to the always changing times while keeping in mind the stewardship they have for the opportunities God has provided.

Personal experience, as well as research, shows the disproportionate impact of experiences away from home. More than twenty years of successful business ownership as well as leadership in Christian camping and conference centers is the preparation for the development and senior leadership for this new endeavor.

A Christian-based hospitality retreat is the outflow of their gifting and calling.

For from Him and through Him and for Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen. Romans 11:36
